1. Nature of Services

Our products are consulting services related to daily activity planning and organizational workflow structuring. These are professional advisory services delivered over a defined engagement period, not physical goods.

2. Cancellation Before Engagement Start

If you wish to cancel a consulting package before the engagement start date, you may do so by contacting us at contact@strengthskeleton.world. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund of any prepaid fees. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date may be subject to an administrative fee of up to 15% of the package price.

3. Cancellation During Engagement

If you wish to cancel an active consulting engagement, please contact us in writing. Refunds for unused portions of the engagement will be calculated based on completed deliverables and sessions. Work already performed, including diagnostic assessments, activity mapping, and delivered documentation, is non-refundable.

4. Rescheduling

Consultation sessions and deployment meetings may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice at no additional charge. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may result in the session being counted as completed.

5. Dissatisfaction With Services

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our consulting services, please contact us promptly so we can address your concerns. We are committed to reviewing feedback and, where appropriate, offering additional calibration sessions or adjustments to the engagement scope within the original agreement terms.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

7. Digital Tools and Resources

Access to interactive diagnostic tools and self-assessment features on our website is provided at no charge and is not subject to return or refund. Paid consulting deliverables, including activity audit reports and sequence documentation, are covered under the terms of the specific engagement agreement.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Finnish and European Union law. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you may have additional rights regarding distance contracts for services.
